Can I get a refund on my order?
All event tickets and associated fees are non-refundable. In the case of event cancellation, a full refund will be offered including service charges or fees.
Can I change my seats or event dates?
You can request seat changes and upgrades up to 24 hours prior to an event by calling the Box Office. Event dates can be changed for a multi-showing event. All requests are subject to seating availability.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
You can pickup your tickets 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday at the Grand Box Office by the new Grand Event Center, or you can pick up tickets the day of the event by visiting the Box Office.
Do you offer E-Tickets?
We do offer E-Tickets for most events. You will be given the option of E-Ticket or Will Call pickup when completing your order online. If you would like to convert your ticket to an E-Ticket after the order is complete, you will need to contact the Box Office.
My event was rescheduled or cancelled. Can I get a refund?
In the case of an event cancellation you will be entitled to a refund. If the event has been rescheduled, make sure you keep your current ticket and you will be able to attend on the rescheduled concert date.
What if I want to purchase tickets as a gift?
An order or single tickets on an order can be placed under another name by contacting our Box Office. Please note that only the persons name on a ticket may pickup the tickets at will call by presenting a photo ID.
How much time do I have to complete my ticket order process?
You have five minutes from when you click on the "Find Tickets" button to complete your ticket order process until the tickets are released to be sold again.
Where can I see a floor plan of all the seats?
You can see a floor plan on the "Find Tickets" page of an event.
What does "Best Available" mean?
Best available means that the website chooses the best possible seat(s) according to view and distance from the stage that are available for purchase at that time.
What if I do not like the tickets selected through the website?
You can request a seat change by contacting the Box Office up to 24 hours before the event.
How many tickets may I purchase?
You may purchase up to 10 tickets for an event.
Is there an age limit or requirement to attend an event at the Grand?
Unless otherwise specified on the event page, you must be 21 or over to attend an event at the Grand Event Center.
How do I order mobility/impaired seating?
Accessible/handicap seating locations (wheelchair spaces) are available and reserved for individuals with disabilities. In order to purchase these pre-reserved seats you must contact the Grand Event Center Box Office at 1-405-964-7263 or the Firelake Arena Box Office at 1-405-273-1637.
Where is the Grand Box Office located?
The Grand Box Office is located at the Grand Casino just North of the parking garage.
What do I need to present to pick up Will Call tickets?
You must have a form of picture identification to pick up your tickets.
